The Gildan white tees are not fitted nor over-sized. I'm 5'4, 150ish pounds and I wear a Large for an over-sized look. ISSA TSHIRT.
A lot of people are familiar with Comfort Colors and that is what most of my t-shirts are printed on. I wear a medium or L for oversized.
I also print on mineral wash or tie dyed shirts from a company called "dyenomite." Those tshirts are gildan 100% cotton. These fit smaller than the comfort colors. I wear an L or XL in these.
The Bella Canvas tank tops are light weight and are a mix of cotton/polyester depending on color. I wear a medium but would also rock a large for an over-sized look or if I was tryna leak some tiddy meat.
I also print on comfort color hoodies and sweaters unless otherwise indicated. I wear a medium in those and admittedly, they are a close medium on me.

I use independent clothing co for my joggers––they are slim without being too slim. I wear a Small in those. If you wear a Small tshirt, you'd wear an XS in these joggers.
